Is SOS Clarity therapy?
No. SOS Clarity is not therapeutic follow-up and does not replace a mental health professional. It's a space for listening and reflection that helps you gain clarity on your situation and consider concrete ways to move forward.
Is my situation too complex or too intimate?
No. You can talk to me about anything you want — a difficult relationship, a stalled decision, a family conflict, feeling lost, mental overload, a project that's not progressing. Everything is welcomed without judgment.
How long before I receive my response?
I commit to responding to you within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your information.
Is it really confidential?
